Wild & Grounded
Bold and sun‑warmed, this gin layers vibrant blood orange over classic juniper and aromatic spice. Rich citrus oil and bittersweet marmalade lead into a long, warming finish. Serve with tonic and an orange twist — or let it shine in a Negroni.
Bright & Zesty
A bright, zesty gin layered with lime, grapefruit, yuzu and lemon. Crisp juniper frames a juicy citrus core, finishing clean with a delicate peel bitterness. Best served long with tonic and a twist of grapefruit or lime.
Classic & Refined
A classic London Dry with crisp juniper at its heart, balanced by citrus peel and gentle peppery spice. Dry, clean and beautifully structured from first sip to long finish. Made for a proper G&T — and exceptional in a dry Martini.
Wild & Grounded
Aotearoa forest in a glass: crisp juniper wrapped in kawakawa's herbaceous pepper, lifted by tea-tree aromatics and finished with a gentle horopito warmth. Fresh, savoury, and unmistakably native.

Who We Are
The Monarch Distillery is a micro-distillery in Karori, Wellington — four craft gins, made in small batches, every bottle signed by hand.
Named after the monarch butterfly, because distillation — like metamorphosis — is the art of transformation. Simple ingredients becoming something refined, expressive, and enduringly beautiful.
